We apply piggyback labels and cards to many printed pieces like 8.5 x 11 letter head, 5 x 7 Cards and envelopes, etc. These labels can be removed and placed elsewhere. This is used a lot in direct mailing and warehouse shipping.
We also apply a scratch-off label. This allows the customer to cover up a discount on their printed piece that can later be scratched off.
Thermal Transfer Labels
Thermal Transfer printing is widely used for printing of high-quality barcodes. In thermal printing, we use a heated ribbon to produce durable, long-lasting images. We can print on a wide variety of materials.
AT E&E printing, we take up thermal transfer printing orders in bulk at an economical price, with good durability, and wear and tear.
Direct Thermal Labels
Direct thermal printing is more cost effective and easy to use as it doesn’t use a ribbon to print. It creates (and prints) the image directly on the printed material. On the flip side, direct thermal media is more sensitive to light, heat and abrasion, which reduces the life of the printed material.
Direct Thermal printing is not recommended for materials that typically have high wear and tear, or are used outdoors or under bright light conditions.
